29.07.2010 (UNI) Himachal Pradesh High Court set aside the bail granted by a fast track trial court at Dharamshala to four students of a medical college accused of ragging first year student Aman Kachru who died last year.

It also directed the accused to surrender in the Fast Track court at Dharamsala in Kangra district on Thursday.

A single bench of Himachal Pradesh High court compirsing Justice D D Sud had taken suo-motu action on July 20 taking congnizance of the ball granted to them by the trial court.UNI
